About me

Throughout my career, I've noticed something interesting. Very few people came to me because they needed a better project plan. They came because they were looking for orientation. Because they were facing a difficult decision. Because they had to lead a team. Because a stakeholder conversation was coming up. Or because they knew the methods, but didn't yet feel truly confident in their role. That's exactly where I support people today.

I'm a Senior Project Manager, a qualified teacher, and I've worked in international IT transformation projects for more than fifteen years. Throughout my career, one thing has excited me most alongside the project work itself: supporting people in finding their own path as project leaders.

What I Offer

Coaching & Mentoring

Project leadership isn't something you learn only from books. Many questions only arise once you're in the middle of a project. I support project leaders with real challenges — whether that's working with stakeholders, difficult conversations, leading teams, or simply needing someone who thinks it through with you. My goal isn't to hand people solutions. I want to help people find their own professional path and build confidence in their role.

Training & Exam Preparation

I teach project management in a practical, understandable way — classical, agile or hybrid. Whether it's preparing for a certification or deepening everyday practice: what matters to me is that methods aren't just understood, but applied in a meaningful way. That's exactly where good project leadership begins.

My Understanding of Project Leadership

I believe projects don't succeed because of methods. They succeed because of people. Methods provide structure. They help us keep an overview. But every project is different. Every team is different. And every situation calls for something slightly different. That's why I don't start with a method. I start by understanding the project.

What matters to me

Clarity comes before action. People can make good decisions once they understand what's really at stake.
Listening is often more important than quick solutions. Recognising the real cause saves a lot of time and energy later on.
Experience builds confidence. Methods matter. But professional judgement only comes through practice, reflection and experience.
My goal is your independence. I don't want to make people dependent on me. I'm glad when they find their own way and lead their projects with growing confidence.

Stay in touch

From time to time, I share thoughts on project leadership, leadership and coaching, along with news about new offerings.

Let's Start a Conversation

Maybe you're facing a demanding project situation right now. Maybe you're preparing for a new role. Or maybe you'd simply like to talk to someone who has been through many similar situations herself. I look forward to getting to know you.
